What we check before your vehicle is loaded — and how you can verify it independently.
Pre-delivery inspection
Before shipment, each vehicle is checked for body and paint condition, interior trim, electronics, tyres, warning lights and overall mechanical state. Mileage is recorded and photographed. Any deviation from the vehicle’s stated condition is reported to you before loading.
Evidence you receive
- A set of photographs covering exterior, interior, engine bay and dashboard/mileage.
- A short walk-around video of the vehicle at our compound.
- The vehicle’s identification details as they will appear in the shipping documents.
Independent inspection
You are welcome to appoint a third-party inspection company such as SGS. We will arrange access, provide the vehicle’s location and follow their instructions. The cost of third-party inspection is normally borne by the buyer.
New vehicles and used vehicles
New vehicles are supplied with the factory certificate of conformity. Used vehicles, when offered, accept third-party inspection before purchase. We do not describe vehicles using terms such as “certified refurbished” unless documentary evidence for that specific unit exists.
What inspection does not cover
Inspection is a condition check at the time of loading. It does not replace transport insurance, and it cannot cover damage occurring during shipping, or differences caused by fuel quality, climate or local service practices at destination.
