Who we are
This website is operated for the export business carried on under the MotoIntell brand by LING FENG AUTOMOBILE CO., LIMITED, Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 80508133). For privacy questions, write to sales@motointell.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit: name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country.
- Enquiry and order details: the vehicles you ask about, quantities, destination port, consignee information, documents and correspondence.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and — where analytics tools are enabled — usage statistics and session recordings.
Why we use it
To answer enquiries and prepare quotations; to conclude and perform contracts, including shipping, documentation and customs requirements; to provide after-sales and warranty support; to keep business records as required by law; and to improve the website and our service.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary: shipping lines and freight forwarders, customs brokers, inspection companies, our suppliers where an order requires it, and the service providers that run this website (hosting, email, analytics, chat and messaging tools). We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our operations are based in China and Hong Kong and we work with suppliers and service providers in several countries. Your data may therefore be processed outside your own country. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this policy.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Contract, shipping and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law and by our banks and auditors.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and limited internal access to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents such as identity papers unless we ask for them for a specific purpose.
