How and when you pay for a vehicle ordered through MotoIntell.
Deposit and balance
Orders are confirmed with a 20% deposit. The remaining balance is settled before shipment. Both payments are made against a proforma invoice and are covered by a written sales contract.
Accepted payment methods
- T/T bank transfer — our standard method for deposit and balance. Bank details are shown on the proforma invoice.
- WorldFirst — accepted for buyers who prefer a cross-border payment platform.
- Card or PayPal — accepted for small deposits only, subject to transaction limits and fees.
- Western Union — accepted on request for small amounts.
- Letter of Credit and third-party escrow — accepted on request for larger orders. Please allow extra time for document checking.
Currency and invoicing
Prices are quoted in US dollars unless agreed otherwise. You receive a proforma invoice before payment and a commercial invoice with the shipping documents. Please make sure the beneficiary name on the invoice matches the bank account you pay — we never ask for payment to a personal account.
Who receives your payment
Payments are received by our contracting entity, LING FENG AUTOMOBILE CO., LIMITED (Hong Kong, Business Registration No. 80508133), or by the supplier named on your invoice. If any payment instruction changes, we will confirm it with you in writing from sales@motointell.com before you send funds.
Refunds
If an order is cancelled before loading, the deposit is refunded under the terms described in our Cancellation and Returns page. Bank charges incurred on refunds are deducted.
