A clear, six-step process — from your first enquiry to the moment your vehicle is loaded at a Chinese port.
1. Tell us what you need
Send us the brand, model, year, configuration and quantity, plus your destination port. You can reach us on WhatsApp, by email at sales@motointell.com, or through the contact form. If you are not sure which vehicle suits your market, tell us your budget and use case and we will recommend options.
2. Get availability and a price
We confirm what is available in stock or from the factory and send you an FOB China price. Most quotes are issued within 24 to 48 hours. Prices shown on this website are FOB base prices; ask us for a CIF quote to your port if you would like us to arrange freight.
3. Proforma invoice and deposit
When you accept the quote we issue a proforma invoice (PI) covering the vehicle, the agreed terms and the payment details. A 20% deposit confirms your order and locks the vehicle to your name. Orders are covered by a formal sales contract.
4. Inspection before you pay the balance
Every vehicle is inspected before shipment. We send photos, a walk-around video and mileage details. If you would like an independent check, third-party inspection (for example SGS) is welcome and we will arrange access on your behalf.
5. Balance payment and loading
The balance is settled before shipment. Once funds are confirmed we book the vessel or container, move the vehicle to the port of loading, and send you the loading details — vessel, voyage, container number or RoRo booking reference.
6. Documents and delivery
After loading we issue the Bill of Lading together with the commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin and insurance policy. Your forwarder or our logistics partner collects the original documents and the vehicle is cleared for import at your end.
